The Below Zero service department consists of a well balanced team of fully qualified air conditioning / refrigeration service technicians. Our technicians are highly trained and are able to cope with all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment breakdown and repair.

All Below Zero service technicians are backed by our in-house support team, who assist where equipment, technical service information, design procedures and spare parts are required. The service department is also complemented by a full time service co-ordinator, who liaises with clients and schedules our service technicians to task enabling a prompt response to any service problem. Our service department also offers ongoing support to customers and their air conditioning / refrigeration equipment through carefully selected preventative maintenance programmes if required. Following the inception of the installation department, the service department has found a specialist niche, by offering support in the form of warranty maintenance on new Below Zero installations. The service department also has the ability to perform warranty service calls and repair work on behalf of the equipment manufacturers and has assisted in this role on several occasions when requested.

The present role of the service department enables all new installation work to be kept in-house from the commencement of the project up until completion. On several occasions the client and the company have both shared a common benefit after the warranty period has elapsed on new equipment. This has been highlighted by having the opportunity to build a stronger business relationship and gaining a thorough understanding of plant history through performance of regular programmed preventative maintenance visits. Therefore Below Zero has the genuine ability to promote a “one stop shop” to its clients. The department also provides a 24 hour / 7 day emergency breakdown service.

Below Zero’s greatest strength is our people. New service personnel are carefully selected on their experience, demonstrated skill level, initiative and commitment to Below Zero’s high quality standards. Our apprentices benefit from experience passed on from our skilled technicians coupled with the strong emphasis our company places on in-house training to supplement their external studies. The Below Zero service department has many corporate clients from a wide range of industries and is continuing to promote our qualities and dedication to customer services. Commercial services are available 24 hours every day to our maintenance contract clients. Our highly trained and experienced service technicians are capable of diagnosing and fixing your problem correctly, the first time.
